To qualify for this plan, you need to satisfy four requirements:
1. You do not currently have any dental insurance coverage.
2. You have an adjusted family income of under $90,000.
3. For tax reasons, you’re a Canadian resident.
4. You filed your tax returns for the previous tax year.

1. Goto canada.ca/dental
2. Sign in / Create your My Service Canada Account (MSCA)
3. Click "Canadian Dental Care Plan → Apply"
4. Enter SIN, DOB, Address, and confirm "No private coverage".
5. Submit and save your confirmation page.

- Filed your 2024 taxes (and your spouse/partner, if applicable)

How much will I have to pay with CDCP?
Your co-payment depends on your family income:
- Under $70,000: CDCP covers 100% (no cost to you)
- $70,000 – $79,999: 60% covered
- $80,000 – $89,999: 40% covered
